The plugins, themes, and widgets activation flags are stored in the database, so they will all be off when the new site is set up.</p> <p>The plugins and themes lists are available because it is reading all the files from the plugins or theme directory on the server, shared between all the sites. You will have to manually activate the appropriate one for each site as you see fit. (Lots of requests to change this, so will try to work it into a future release.)</p> <p>If you have a theme that has static URLs in it, then it will fail because the domain name is different than what it was written for. I've seen this issue before, so good to bring it up now. :)</p> <p>One issue with the images is that the references to the them are in the database.
