I've downloaded the RC to upgrade my WP Hive, but I don't see any instructions for upgrading. Are there any files I should keep when doing the install or do I just deactivate and replace files for the plugin?

I see on my dashboard that the new release is officially out. What I'd like to know... if I let the automatic plugin upgrade do its thing, will ALL of my sites be OK? Considering that my install of WP-Hive is currently stable, I'm really concerned that my sites will suddenly "break".

Edit: P.S - is there any way I can subscribe to threads here by email?
