I have a webpage with 5 blogs in separate subdirectories. When I set up WP Hive, all went well, with the exception of the log in issues everyone seems to have. THe problem is that none of the original theme, plugin etc set up migrated to the new Hive generated sites. That's wp-hive. When you update plugins, you update for all the blogs.
