Just install any themes you want and then apply whichever one you want for each site.</p> <p>Any theme customizations that are stored in the database will be specific to that site (generally if you are changing options with a GUI, this is the case). In this situation, you can share the same theme with no problems.</p> <p>However, if the customizations make changes to the actual files, then one change will affect all the sites.
