I am a big dummy, was distracted and I think I ran the install script on the original WP blog I have had running for a few months now. So when I activate the plugin my original becomes the new. If the hive files are where they are supposed to be I only see the new install. Doesn't matter if the plugin is active or inactive. If I delete the files I get my original install back. Is there a way to continue with the install the right way?

This means that in the
wphive_hoststable in the database, theprefixfor the hostname does not match the original WP prefix. You can try a couple of things:
- Remove thewphive_hostsandwphive_configtables, and try the install again.
- Update theprefixin thewphive_hoststable to match the prefix in yourwp-config.phpfile.You will probably have to remove the set of WP tables in your database that were created for the new install.
